As an avid golfer, Sam wanted a backyard that combined recreation, relaxation, and entertainment. While the lot wasn’t particularly large, his goal was to create a space that could comfortably host family and friends while also adding long-term value to the property. Since this was an intermediate home rather than a forever home, maximizing resale value was an important part of the design.

We developed a layout that made every square foot count. A custom putting green became the centerpiece of the yard, providing a fun and functional space for practice and enjoyment. A large limestone patio created plenty of room for entertaining and seamlessly connected the home to the outdoor living area. Steps lead to a dedicated jacuzzi pad, complete with the electrical infrastructure needed for future installation.

To complete the space, we installed premium artificial turf, landscape lighting, irrigation, and carefully selected plantings to soften the design and create visual interest. The result is a clean, upscale backyard that feels larger than it is; offering both an exceptional outdoor experience today and strong appeal for future buyers tomorrow.
